WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY...

We employed the services of Inspired Design & Development last year when the impending arrival of our second child meant we were looking at ways to extend our family home as we love its location and didn't want to move. We didn't really know where to start or what options were available to us but Gary, Jamie and the team at IDD guided us through the whole process in a personal and professional manner, including helping us find an excellent builder to carry out the work. We couldn't be happier with the end result - the construction of a new open plan garden room and internal restructuring to turn one large bedroom into two smaller ones - which means the house is now perfectly set-up for our family life and recommend IDD to anyone looking for advice on how to extend their home." "IDD guided us through the process from the initial site visit to the building warrant approval. We were presented with several creative options to extend our home and we then honed in on our favourite design for IDD to carry out the detailed design and engineering. Informative and quick responses were given to our questions throughout the project, including during the build phase. We are very happy with the result - it has transformed our family living space." “IDD supported us through the project from initial design to moving in. The team were instrumental in navigating us through the planning permission system, successfully. Couldn't have done it without them." Mr & Mrs Chesshire, Bespoke New Dwelling - Catterline
